About Our Services

We provide three core solutions: Diagnostics, Calibrations and Programming. These can be delivered remotely, by a mobile technician or through our specialist workshop, depending on the job, vehicle and support required.

Programming and coding involves configuring or updating vehicle control modules and electronic systems. This may be required following module replacement, software updates or certain vehicle repairs.

ADAS calibration may be required following work such as windscreen replacement, wheel alignment or front-end repairs, depending on the vehicle and systems affected. Correct calibration is important to ensure safety systems operate as intended.

Our diagnostic service can help when a vehicle has a fault, warning light or issue that requires specialist investigation. Our technicians can analyse fault codes, live data and vehicle systems to help identify the root cause and recommend the appropriate next steps.

Remote services allow our technicians to connect to a vehicle remotely using the appropriate equipment and secure connection. Mobile support brings a Repairify technician directly to your site. Workshop services are carried out at our specialist facility in Luton for vehicles requiring more extensive or specialist attention.

*Mobile and Workshop services are currently available in the UK only.

Yes. If you’re unsure whether you need diagnostics, calibration, programming or another service, contact our team and we can help determine the most appropriate solution for the vehicle.

Remote Diagnostics

Remote Diagnostics allows a qualified IMI-certified Repairify technician to connect to your vehicle remotely and carry out advanced diagnostic work without the vehicle needing to visit a specialist workshop.

Your vehicle is connected to a secure interface, which enables our remote diagnostic team to access the vehicle systems. A qualified IMI-certified technician can then connect remotely to carry out diagnostics, identify faults and, where supported, perform required functions.

We support a wide range of vehicle makes and models. The services available will depend on the vehicle, its system requirements and the type of diagnostic work needed.

A dedicated Repairify device is not always required. Remote Diagnostics can be carried out using a compatible secure connection method that enables access between the vehicle and our remote technicians.

If the required work cannot be completed remotely, our team can advise on the next appropriate step, which may include a local, mobile or workshop-based service where available.

Yes. Remote Diagnostics is designed to support workshops by giving them access to specialist diagnostic expertise without needing to send the vehicle elsewhere.

Not every diagnostic function can be completed remotely. The service available will depend on the vehicle, its systems and the work required. Our team can advise on the most appropriate solution.

Turnaround times depend on the type of diagnostic work required and technician availability. For more information, contact our team.

Remote Diagnostics is carried out by our team of qualified IMI-certified diagnostic technicians, using secure remote access to work directly with the vehicle’s systems.

The device or interface used to enable Remote Diagnostics must have an internet connection so our technicians can securely access the vehicle systems.

There are two ways to connect your device to the internet. You can connect it directly using an Ethernet cable from a network socket or router, or connect via WiFi through the device’s WLAN settings.
